WHAT WILL YOU GET WITH  A  JP FIT MEMBERSHIP?

You will have access to daily workout videos to follow and a written version of the routine for the month.   Each week will contain videos for Mat Pilates, Weight Training and Stretching.  The videos/routines are in order from Day 1 to Day 7 making it easy for you to know what to do each day.   The videos can be done at a home or your favorite gym.  Wherever you workout, JP Fit can go with you.

The goal is to give your body what it needs and craves. Building a strong core with MAT PILATES, building strength and strong bones with WEIGHT TRAINING,  increasing flexibility with STRETCHES so our bodies move with ease.  And lastly CARDIO WORKOUTS for a healthy heart and mind. These are the basic components of the workouts that we need to do for our bodies overall health.   JP Fit is here to help you accomplish that.
